NEWBURY The Governor’s Academy has received a $45,610 stimulus funding award to place solar panels on top of its alumni gymnasium. The 33.11 kilowatt array is being funded as part of federal stimulus funds and is distributed through the state’s Office of Energy and Environmental Affairs.
